The Ghana Medical Foundation is a student-led organization committed to expanding health education and opportunity in Ghana. We work with undergraduate students who want meaningful experience in service, global health, and nonprofit leadership.
If you are interested in contributing your time and skills to this mission, we invite you to join our team.
Assist with research, program planning, and operational support for the foundation’s initiatives.
Help collect and analyze information related to global health, education access, and program development.
Supports the growth of the foundation by helping identify new opportunities for fundraising, partnerships, marketing, and community engagement. Works with leadership to strengthen outreach efforts, build relationships with potential sponsors and donors, and contribute to initiatives that expand the organization’s impact.
Assists with press outreach, photography, video editing, and documenting the organization’s work. Helps write website updates, newsletters, and stories about the organization’s work and impact.
Events & Fundraising Coordinator
Helps organize fundraising events, community presentations, and awareness campaigns that support the foundation’s work.
Helps recruit and coordinate student volunteers, organize team meetings, and support onboarding for new members.

Most student team members contribute 2–5 hours per week depending on their role. Positions are typically structured around semester commitments, with opportunities to continue longer.
